Round The Clock Control Room

To enhance customer service excellence, the Company has established a cutting-edge 24/7 control center at our headquarters. Staffed by a skilled controller, this control room serves as a pivotal hub for receiving, analyzing, and swiftly addressing messages. It ensures that pertinent information is relayed promptly to the appropriate personnel for immediate resolution of any issues that arise. This setup effectively bolsters our operations team, functioning as the nerve center of our emergency response organization, which includes the Duty Director, Operations Director, and Managing Director in critical situations.

Client Feedback

To further improve upon our services and meet the expectations of our clients, we seek continuous comments and feedback on our services from our valued customers. We have a system whereby we get a regular client's feedback that helps us not only for corrective actions wherever required but also to upgrade ourselves for further improvement in our service.

Replacement

Our Agency reserves the right to change/ terminate any unsuitable person during the tenure of the contract. We also provide immediate replacements if there is any complaint against any Individual by the Client.
